Avery Hill Mansion Winter Gardens is one of our most valuable local architectural sites but as it gets older, its future becomes more uncertain especially since 2014 Greenwich University decided to sell the entire Mansion Site includoing the Winter Gardens. Although the owner is obliged to maintain the building and keep it open to the public there are still many decisions to be made.
